FreeStyle Belgian Blonde 5.2% ABV
Clean, light and refreshing with nuance from the Belgian yeast and spicy rye malt.  A very easy drinker with broad appeal.

Steep Trail Amber Ale 5.7% ABV
Modeled after the classic English "Extra Special Bitters" with a distinct hop presence that adds complexity and zing.  A beer for any occasion.

Jagged Edge IPA (India Pale Ale) 7.3% ABV
For the adventurous hopheads; deeply aromatic with complex fruitiness and a sharp, dry finish.  Big and bold, yet very balanced.  A true 'West Coast Style' IPA.  Ascend!

Suggested Pairings: Spicy Cajun and Thai dishes, sharp cheese, curries.
 
PCS Pale Ale 6.8% ABV
Mellow and friendly quaffer; pairs with many foods and it's also very enjoyable on its own

Suggested pairings: Mild to medium cheese, seafood, burgers, chicken, cured meats
 
Windy Cove Wheat 4.9% ABV
Our unfiltered wheat beer combines orange and cardamom with a special Belgian yeast strain.  Mellow and refreshing with a light, dry finish.  This beer pairs with a very wide range of dishes.

Suggested Pairings: Salads, eggs, mushrooms, fish, chicken and desserts with fresh fruit.

Seasonal & Specialty Offerings
Saison d'été - Summer Saison (available May - Oct) 6.6% ABV
Our take on the Belgian/French farmhouse style; brewed with bitter and sweet orange peel, ginger root, cardamom, and grains of paradise.  Unfiltered and slightly hazy with a fresh, clean aroma.  Light/refreshing meet complex/interesting in thes citrusy, semi-dry and effervescent ale.

Suggested Pairings: Saison can take you from light sauced pastas to pungent curreis and will finish cheerfully alongside cheesecake, apple pie or Creme Brule
 
L'Elfe à deux - Winter Ale (available Oct - Feb) 7.2% ABV
Our version of a classic Belgian Dubbel; it's filled with luscious jammy fruit flavors - think lots of raisin, plum and fig undertones of hazelnuts and currants.  Belgian candy sugars provide richness at the center and a delicate dryness punctuates the finish

Suggested Pairings: Roasted meats, especially beef, lamb, duck and wild game
 
PEAK XV Imperial Porter (extremely limited release in 22 oz hand dipped bottles) 8.0% ABV
think chocolate - big chocolate - with mega malts, creamy vanilla.  It's all that and more.  Brewed with cacao nibs and five different types of whole vanilla beans.  The finish is epic!

Suggested Pairings: Roast Game, chocolate desserts, cherry pie, and tiramisu
 
Rampage Imperial IPA (limited availability) 9.0% ABV
Upon puring, an intense floral, pine forest and citrus grove scent pervades the room.  The taste hits your buds with massive pine, lemon, grapefruit and resin that flow intensely into the crisp, dry finish.  When the hops urge hits - Rampage will tame the wild beast in you.

Suggested Pairings: Superb with curries, gumbo, jambalaya, fajitas, spicy Asian dishes.
