Blackout Stout
Brewed in the tradition of the classic Irish Dry Stouts, our take is smooth and roasty with a long dry finish.  A legendary combo when paired with fresh oysters; try it with mussels, clams or calamari -- the flavors perfectly compliment the briny sweetness of the shellfish.
 
Add it to hearty soups, stews, and roasts for a wonderful enhancement, then serve it alongside them.  Also stunning with Lox or any smoked fish, as well as sturdy cheddars and blue cheeses.
